Lectures

Advances in digital acquisition encourage most to believe that film is a thing of the past. The demand for higher quality content has led to a resurgence in acquisition on film as it comfortably exceeds the current demands for dynamic range  and resolution, whilst providing a very unique aesthetic look. The testament to this is the number of archive projects originated on film that are being remastered in 4K and HDR.

Adrian Bull, MD and co-founder of Cinelab London, will be delivering an exclusive presentation on why film continues to be relevant, highlighting recent new and archive projects. There will also be an opportunity to have a tour of the film laboratory.

The theatre is limited to 25 people so places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
