Film Hub NI (part of the BFI Film Audience Network) and the Royal Television Society NI have joined forces to present this event as part of BBC Digital Cities Belfast.
There is a huge wealth of digital archive material available which could enhance your TV or film production, as well as providing engaging material for film exhibitors. Join us as we hear from the experts about what type of archive material is available, different formats, how to source it, the legal aspect and how to present it well on the screen. A number of case studies will be presented and there will lots of opportunity to ask questions.
We’ll finish the session off with an archive-related screening from Second Chance Cinema and networking drinks at QFT!
Speakers include Ciara Chambers (Head of Film and Screen Media, UCC), Brian Henry Martin (DoubleBand), Olivia O’Kane (Carson McDowell) with contributions from Northern Ireland Screen and BBC Rewind.
