Hosted by Hugh Odling-Smee, this panel will explore how TV and film content producers harness the power of online social dialogue to engage with audiences.
Panel discussion with Kieran Doherty, Jo Taylor and Andi Jarvis.
The way audiences have engaged with television and film has changed dramatically since the rise of social media, making communal experiences possible both in a cinema screen and also in people’s living rooms through mobile devices and laptops.
Content producers now have access to public conversations about their work so how do they engage with this information and use it to inform future productions and develop their audiences?
This event is part of BBC Digital Cities and Belfast Media Festival.
