RTS Wales is pleased to present a showing of Sweet Sixteen: A Transgender Story.  This intimate and candid coming-of-age film follows a Welsh transgender teenager, Llyr Jones, as she turns 16.  As she moves from childhood to adulthood, Llyr's understanding of herself crystallises, and she begins to explore the new possibilities of adulthood and identity.

To follow, we’ll have a panel Q&A about the portrayal of the transgender community on mainstream TV channels.  Chaired by Catrin Griffith, (Editorial Lead, Content Production, BBC Wales), the panel will include Molly-Anna Woods, (the director), and Llyr, (the main focus of the documentary).
