Pat Younge is the Co-Founder/MD of content production company, Sugar Films, and the former Chief Creative Officer of BBC Television Production (2010-2014).
Prior to that he was President/General Manager of Travel Channel Media, an award winning US cable business, and he has also worked for Cox Communications, Discovery Communications, ITV and Channel 4. Younge served on the Expert Group of the European Broadcasting Union , assessing the future of public service broadcasting, and is a Fellow of the Royal Television Society
