Between 1977 and 1998, the Outstanding Contribution to Regional Television Award was presented to an individual, company, institution or team for their outstanding contribution to the television industry in Wales.  The winners are listed below.
 

• The Award is presented to an individual, company, institution or team for their outstanding contribution to the television industry in Wales.
• The contribution can be for a programme, series or project, or for a personal contribution which may span several years.
• On screen work may include production or craft skills, innovation, leading a team, a particular project, or for new media.
