Grant Mansfield is the Founder and Chief Executive of Plimsoll Productions. Before launching the company in September 2013 he spent 3 years in LA as CEO of Zodiak USA where his credits included Secret Millionaire, Celebrity Wife Swap, Hard Core Pawn, Lizard Lick Towing and Killer Karaoke.  Previously, as Managing Director of RDF, based in London, credits included Ladette to Lady, Holiday Showdown, Oz and James Big Wine Adventure, Gene Simmons Rock School and Dickinson's Real Deal.  Before that, as Head of Programmes at Granada TV, Grant was responsible for the launch of I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.  His shows have won several BAFTA and RTS awards
