2008 RTS Shiers Trust Award

Steve Arnold, who received the Shiers Trust Award in 2008 has been given a further grant in 2010. While researching the Radio Times Television Supplements at BBC Written Archives Steve discovered two previously unseen files containing the day-to-day paperwork of the Radio Times Television Supplement in 1936-37.

The grant will enable the story of the Television supplement, from planning to closure, to be investigated, and key documents will be digitised and presented on his already invaluable wwwradiotimearchive.com
