Char joined the RTS as Events Manager in November 2024. In this role, she oversees the RTS Futures Committee and manages RTS Futures events, including the largest RTS event, the annual Futures Careers Fair.
With over seven years of experience in the TV and film industry, Char has a deep understanding of the entertainment sector. Prior to joining the RTS, she was the Executive Assistant to the President of Gaumont UK, where she contributed to high-profile productions and projects in development for major broadcasters like the BBC, Netflix, Apple TV, Sky and Paramount. Before her time at Gaumont, Char worked as an Agent’s Assistant at Dalzell and Beresford, a boutique talent and literary agency, where she supported the careers of renowned British actors such as Ralph Fiennes, Matthew Goode, and Indira Varma.
