Join us for an evening of conversation taking you behind the scenes of one of the UK’s most popular TV shows.
Since its launch in 2011 Death in Paradise has been one of the UK’s most successful dramas - last years series was watched by over 8 million viewers and the recent Christmas special was the third highest rated drama of the Christmas period. The show has been sold to over 230 territories across the globe and now has two hugely popular spin-off series - Beyond Paradise, set in Devon and more recently Return to Paradise, based in Australia.
We are delighted to be joined by Executive Producer Tim Key and original cast member Don Warrington MBE (Commissioner Selwyn Patterson) who will discuss their own journeys to the fictional island of Saint Marie, whilst sharing insights into the origins and making of the programme.
With an opportunity for questions from the audience, it promises to be a light hearted, entertaining and informative event with a tropical twist.
This event will take place at the Midlands Arts Centre on Thursday 13th March.
It is free to attend but places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
