Featuring interviews from bandmates Ronan Keating, Keith Duffy, Shane Lynch and Michael Graham, the show will chart their rise from obscurity to global fame.

Throughout a stellar career, the band nevertheless suffered its fair share of misfortune. Speculation from the tabloid press forced Stephen Gately to come out in 1999. The band’s 2007 comeback was then cut short by Stephen’s sudden and tragic passing the year later, from a pulmonary oedema.

Boyzone will hear from Stephen’s sister, Michelle, and ex-partner Eloy De Jong. Louis Walsh, who was their manager, had a tempestuous relationship with the band, will also feature, with Curious Films producing the series.
