RTS West of England will be holding another event aimed at supporting the freelance community on the morning of 5th July.

We understand that this continues to be a challenging time for the industry and many freelancers working in television tell us they are feeling isolated and unsure about the future.

Held at The Square Club, Bristol and free to attend, these events will be a place to share stories, thoughts and advice with peers.

5th July: Runners/Researchers, Unscripted, 10am-11.30am

There will be a brief talk from members of the RTS West of England award winning production The Dog Academy - Jacob Lloyd, Junior Casting Researcher/Location Researcher and Frankie Forsyth, Runner/ Production Secretary, followed by informal networking

Limited places, first come first served. Tea and coffee available.

Please note this event is aimed at those with six months+ experience in the TV industry.

If you are starting out and interested in finding out more about a career in television, please come along to the RTS Futures Festival, 13th November, 6.30pm-8.30pm, M Shed, free to attend. Keep an eye on @RTS_Bristol for the launch of bookings.
