RTS Devon and Cornwall are thrilled to invite you to a exclusive premiere screening of Gary Barlow’s Wine Tour: South Africa, the latest series from Rock Oyster Media, a Plymouth-based independent production company renowned for its captivating and high-quality content.

Gary Barlow’s Wine Tour: South Africa is the first in a series of journeys that music legend Gary Barlow is making around the world as he pursues his other passion (besides music!)  for wine and food. This series sees Gary immersed, sometimes literally, in the South African Wine scene, exploring vineyards, learning about grapes, tasting wine and how to pair it with great food. Across the five episodes, the stunning landscapes of South Africa are the perfect backdrop to an adventure that takes Gary beyond wine and food as he uncovers a dizzying array of incredible South African experiences that await the curious traveller. From the mountains to downtown Johannesburg, Gary meets some incredible people doing exciting and innovative things in wine and food, working hard to create opportunities in their communities and fly the flag for their country.

To top it all off, Gary is Joined by celebrity friends along the way, from his best friend and long-time collaborator Eliot Kennedy, to Cape Town resident Michaela Strachan, ITV’s Ben Shephard, experienced world traveller and fellow singer Jane McDonald, and finally everyone’s favourite soul sensation, Mica Paris. The screening will be followed by a Q&A session with Executive Producers, Charlotte Davis & David Nottage, giving you the chance to learn more about the creative process behind the series and how Gary’s passion for wine and adventure shaped this exciting new show, and what we all want to know, what's it like to work with Gary Barlow.
