Have you ever wondered what it's like to work for a broadcaster?

What job roles exist within a commissioning team? How do you get your foot in the door? This RTS/ScreenSkills session introduces you to the Factual Entertainment team at Channel 4. Hear from Commissioning Editors, the Assistant Editor and Genre Assistants who work across some of the most well known programmes on TV such as Married at First Sight, Naked Attraction, The Fantastical Factory of Curious Craft and The Circle to name a few. The team will take you through their day to day responsibilities, explain how they progressed in TV, and reveal what it's like to work for one of the main terrestrial channels in the UK. Sign up to get some top tips and hints on starting your career at a Broadcaster.

This session is aimed at those starting out in their career with up to 3 years’ experience.

Please note this is not a commissioning briefing or pitching session.
