This year’s review of IBC will feature a panel of practitioners in broadcasting– some new to television, some very experienced – to give us a flavour of what the exhibition, and IBC conference, is telling us about where our industry might be headed.
With new technologies challenging conventional techniques and business models at every turn, predicting the future of TV won’t be easy – but we’ll offer a few pointers.
The conference is particularly wide ranging this year – the scope for connected TV, the penetration of cloud computing, the potential of the two screen experience – as well as updates on 3D and DSLR production.
So if you went to IBC, come along and contribute your views, and if you didn’t, this is a chance to spend an evening discussing the essentials from this leading world event for broadcasting and its technology.
