Plus, we will be announcing the winners of The Next Big Presenter, where two lucky people will be given the chance to present a category at this year's glitzy RTS Midlands Centre Awards.

The Next Big Presenter Competition

If you’re over 16 and have been presenting or a presenter in the making, then send us a link to your showreel of no more than two minutes. Two people will be selected by an RTS panel and the winners will be announced during the How to be a Presenter event on the 30th of September. Send the link to rtsmidlandsevents@rts.org.uk . Booking Tickets

Tickets cost £5, please visit www.rtsfutures.org.uk and sign into your RTS Futures account first then use the booking system on the event page If you are not already a member sign up free of charge using the link on the homepage. Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept AMEX, Solo or Diner cards so please use an alternative card. Places are not confirmed until payment is received. Refunds are not available for this event. Terms and Conditions for the The Next Big Presenter Competition

1. Showreels must be uploaded onto YouTube only, no other formats will be accepted. Please follow uploading instructions on the website www.youtube.com . Please ensure you do not violate YouTube's terms of use and that you own all copyrights in this video or have authorisation to upload it or your showreel will be removed. When uploading the showreel make sure you make it a public video so it can be judged properly.

2. Showreels only of no more than 2 minutes in length.

3. If your showreel is more than 2 mins, the judges will only watch the first 120 seconds of your showreel online.

4. You must be over 16 years of age to join.

5. Only one link per entry sent only to the e-mail address rtsmidlandsevents@rts.org.uk

6. Please do not follow up the progress of your entry by calling or e-mailing the RTS or its affiliates - you will be disqualified from the competition.

7. Winners will be announced on the 30th of September and will be available online the day after that.
