In the light of the recent events at the BBC, the broadcasters' ability to handle a crisis has once again come under the media spotlight. Our panel of PR professionals have each handled high-profile crises during the course of their careers. They will discuss their own experiences in "the firing line", lessons learnt and give their prescriptions for successful crisis management.

Colin Browne, communications consultant, former director of corporate affairs at the BBC and chair, Voice of the Listener and Viewer;

David Yelland, partner Brunswick Group and former editor of the Sun; and
