Some facts about Moving On

Moving On is in its tenth series, all series have been filmed in and around Liverpool using local businesses and tradespeople.

Moving On is proactive in targeting new writers to give them their first TV commission. Vivienne Harvey (RTS-nominated for Eighteen, Series 8), Nick Leather (Murdered For Being DifferentBroken), Esther Wilson (Call The Midwife, The Street) and actress Jodhi May (Invisible, Series 9) all got their first TV commission on Moving On.

Moving On has had an amazing array of cast members. Stellar names attracted by superb scripts: Sheila Hancock, Neil Morrissey, Joanne Froggatt, Ian Hart, Lesley Sharp, Dervla Kirwan, Jenny Agutter, Robert Glenister, John Simm, Hugo Speer, Alfie Allen, Tony Booth, Hayley Mills, Sharon Horgan, Julie Hesmondhalgh, Shane Ritchie, John Thomson, Jodhi May, Sinead Cusack, Sue Johnston, Samantha Bond, Adrian Dunbar.
