RTS West of England is partnering with BBC Academy to deliver an RTS Futures masterclass on getting ahead in television.

So, you want to get ahead in television? Champing at the bit to step up to the next level - from runner to researcher, researcher to AP and beyond? This session will look at career strategy and tactics and analyse the various career routes in television. Talking to recently promoted junior members, it will discuss what’s involved in moving through the industry. Is it ambition, down to hard work, being in the right place at the right time?
