After the release she has become a spokesperson & activist, sharing her experience and insights on fraud and resilience around the world.
She is soon launching LoveSaid organisation that she’s co-founding, where the main aim is to support victims of fraud through practical & mental health support and to provide education & training for all parties involved in the fight.
Cecilie wants to create lasting change, and is well on her way to do just that

Julian Hart is an editor and director working on drama and documentary for US and UK audiences. In 2023 he completed ‘The Deepest Breath,’ a Netflix feature documentary about the risks and rewards of freediving, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. His work on ‘The Tinder Swindler’ (2022) helped make the film the most watched feature documentary in Netflix’s history at the time, clocking 166 million views in its first month of release and garnering 5 Emmy nominations, including Best Editing. In 2018 Julian co-edited 'American Animals,' Bart Layton's narrative follow-up to his BAFTA award-winning 'Imposter.' Starring Evan Peters and Barry Keoghan, 'American Animals' tells the true story of four Kentucky college students who attempt to steal precious art books worth millions of dollars from their university library. 'American Animals' premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and was nominated for 11 BIFA awards, winning Best Editing and Best Debut Screenwriter. Julian has directed four drama-documentaries for US television, filming on location in America, Canada and South Africa
