Awards Ceremony

The Awards Ceremony for 2011’s outstanding student work in television took place at BBC Scotland’s Studio in Glasgow on the 7th of February 2012. The ceremony was hosted by Henry Eagles and individual presentations were made by members of the judging panel. The judging panel was made up of industry experts Richard Downes, Yvonne Jennings, Barbara McKissock and Cliff Martin whose meeting was chaired by Henry at STV in December 2011.

Congratulations to the winners and runners-up listed below. The chair’s casting vote was used in the animation section. The judging panel was delighted when The Making of Longbird went on to win the UK animation award.
