Submissions for the STV branch of the RTS Bursary scheme will remain open until 23.59pm on the 30 September 2022
Calling all students studying in Scotland - STV wants YOU! The Scottish channel will support 10 scholars studying at Scottish universities or colleges, with two years of study remaining. Any applications received from students studying in England, Northern Ireland and Wales after the 29 July will not be considered.
If you are studying a HND Level 5/6 or undergraduate degree and will have two years left of study from September 2022 (i.e. you will graduate in 2024 or later) then you could be eligible for an STV Bursary. Please ensure you read the ‘Guide to Applying for a Bursary’ and explain in your supporting statement how you fit each criteria point.
We will consider applicants studying all subjects, but they must demonstrate their interest and desire in working in television. We particularly encourage applicants studying STEM related courses such as Computer Science, Maths and Engineering to apply.
