New speakers announced for the RTS London Convention 2024

A new wave of stellar speakers have been announced for the RTS London Convention 2024, taking place on Tuesday 17th September at Kings Place in London.

The event will be chaired by Netflix’s Anna Mallett, Vice President, Production, EMEA/UK, with Netflix serving as the Principal Sponsor.

New industry heavyweights joining the Convention’s agenda setting programme include:  Kamal Ahmed, Director of Audio, presenter of the Daily T podcast and columnist at The Telegraph; Jane Featherstone, Co-Founder and CCO, Sister; Andrew Georgiou,  President & MD Warner Bros. Discovery U.K. & Ireland and WBD Sports Europe; Steven Knight, Writer, Executive Producer and Director; Anne Mensah, Vice President of Content for UK, Netflix; Sarah Rose, President of Channel 5 and UK Regional Lead, Paramount; Richard Sharp, Partner, SW7 and former chair of the BBC; Nicola Shindler, CEO, Quay Street Productions; Jane Turton, CEO, All3Media; Kirsty Wark, Presenter and Journalist, and Andy Wilman, Producer (The Grand Tour, Clarkson's Farm).

The highly anticipated 2024 Convention, titled The Next Episode: Keeping Our Creative Edge, will focus on how the UK can retain its creative brilliance, take full advantage of the opportunities of the future, and successfully navigate the challenges.

Previously announced speakers include: Tim Davie, Director-General, BBC; Marina Hyde, Journalist and Presenter/Producer; Alex Mahon, CEO, Channel 4; Carolyn McCall, CEO, ITV; Richard Osman, Author and Presenter; Amol Rajan, Journalist and Presenter, and Ted Sarandos, Co-CEO, Netflix.
