Dancing On Ice will return to our screens in 2018 after a three year break.
Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby are returning to host the skating extravaganza, with Olympic champions Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean taking seats on the judging panel alongside two more judges who are yet to be announced.
Celebrity skaters will take to the ice in a bid to twirl their way to victory, with a new line-up of skating professionals, and more ambitious routines than ever before.
Torvill and Dean said they are "thrilled" that the show is returning, adding, "The show struck such a huge chord with the viewers ever since it launched in 2006... [and] we can’t wait to be back on screen in 2018.”
Hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby - who also presented the original show - added their excitement as they announced the new series live on ITV's This Morning.
“I’m often told how much people have missed Dancing on Ice, and with the show so fondly remembered, it’s exciting for us all to now have the chance to breath new life into the show, and of course spending an extra day of the week with Holly is the icing on the cake!” said Schofield, while Holly Willoughby added, “I'm so excited to be returning to a show that I love so much! It's full of wonderful memories and I can't wait to make some new ones."
The last Dancing On Ice show was an all-star special in 2014, which crowned Ray Quinn and his partner Maria Filippov as winners.
