Jennifer Aniston signs up to star in Apple TV+ adaption of I’m Glad My Mom Died
Child actor Jennette McCurdy looked like she had it all – she played a leading role in iCarly and got her own spin-off show Sam & Cat. She was a Nickelodeon kid at Nickelodeon’s peak. She released albums, featured in the top shows in the early 2000s (think Zoey 101 and Malcolm in the Middle) and won four Kids’ Choice Awards.
It wasn’t until the release of her one-woman show and subsequent memoir, provocatively titled I’m Glad My Mom Died, that the dark side of her career was revealed.
