The event will be hosted in Gonville and Caius College, University of Cambridge (Trinity St, Cambridge, CB2 1TA).

6.00pm – Registration and drinks reception
7.00pm – Sit-down dinner begins
9.00pm – Awards Ceremony begins
00.00am – Event ends
Seating
The awards operate with long, banquet-style seating, and not individual tables.
Parking
There’s no parking on site but we recommend using the Grand Arcade Car Park (Corn Exchange St, Cambridge CB2 3QF) which is a 5 minute walk to the venue.

Catering
There will be a three-course, sit down meal between the drinks reception and awards ceremony.
Should you have any allergens or dietary requirements, you will have the opportunity to note for each guest at the time of booking, or you can log back in and make changes afterwards. Please do so by Wednesday 18th June to ensure we can cater towards these needs.
Entry
No tickets are posted for entry to the Awards.
Please make sure to fill in all guest names when purchasing your tickets. You can do this on the final booking confirmation screen or update at a later date via the link supplied on the booking email.
Entry is via guest list on the evening.
Access
The hall is accessible via lift access.
