We are delighted to be joined by Rhiana Adams-Christie and Mark Harrison who will share their knowledge and give insights into the commissioning process.

Mark Harrison is a Commissioning Executive in the BBC's Unscripted commissioning team- working across the Factual Entertainment & Events and Current Affairs slates. Previously Mark was a BAFTA and RTS winning Executive Producer. He has experience working across Documentary, Current Affairs, Specialist Factual and Factual Entertainment genres on programmes such as  Dispatches, Panorama and Watchdog and started his career as a Production Trainee at the BBC.

Rhianna Adams-Christie is a Scripted Assistant Commissioner at the BBC, working across original and returning scripted titles. Prior to joining the BBC, she was a Producer and Development Executive at Amazon’s Audible, where she produced high-end audio dramas with partners including Disney, Universal Music, and Ubisoft. She has also worked with Chapter One Pictures, Lime Pictures, Whisper Films and others; with credits including The Baby, Cheaters, Waterloo Road, Dreaming Whilst Black, Black Ops, Just Act Normal, Hollyoaks, Below, Crush Hour, and Koreaboo. Rhianna is passionate about championing dynamic voices.
