The evening begins with “Network Like a Ninja”, a 45-minute masterclass from renowned coach and industry mentor Tracy Forsyth. Known for her empowering approach and practical tools, Tracy will guide you through how to show up with confidence, make authentic connections, and navigate industry networking like a pro. Expect practical strategies, mindset shifts, and relatable stories designed to help you walk into the room — and your career — fearlessly.

Following the talk, RTS has curated a structured networking session that puts you face-to-face with professionals working across all areas of television. You’ll rotate through small group conversations, giving you direct access to a wide range of industry voices, insights, and career paths. This isn’t a job fair — it’s a rare opportunity to ask questions, absorb advice, and start building a network that could shape your future in TV.

The evening ends with an informal drinks reception, where you can put Tracy’s advice into practice and continue conversations with peers and professionals in one of the UK’s most exciting creative spaces — ITV White City.
