REGISTRATION FEE
The “early bird” fee for the convention is £720 inc VAT.
Cheques should be made payable to RTS Enterprises Ltd. A VAT invoice will be issued to you upon receipt of your registration. Purchase orders should be made out to RTS Enterprises Ltd and the PO number can be entered below. If you do not have a PO number at this time you may skip this section and continue with your registration. Credit card payments can be accepted but please note we do not accept Amex cards.

ACCOMMODATION
Complimentary accommodation is available at King's College on a "first come first served" basis – room availability is limited at Kings and cannot be guaranteed. King’s College accommodation is only available when
registering for the convention, we cannot take accommodation bookings
separately.
As sessions on Wednesday 15th September start at 10.00am, you may wish to stay in Cambridge the night of Tuesday 14th September. The RTS can offer accommodation on Tuesday night which will be included in the price for the Convention.

Refunds of the delegate fee will not be made for cancellations received after Tuesday 23rd August 2022. Refunds prior to this date will be subject to a 10% administration charge. All cancellations must be received in writing.
