The Early Bird fee for the convention is £1,800 inc VAT and is inclusive of all social functions and dinner but EXCLUDES accommodation

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is additional to the registration free. If you wish to stay in Kings College during the convention, you can book your accommodation below. Accommodation at Kings College is limited, it is strongly advised that you book accommodation if required at the time of registering as availability cannot be guaranteed. Accommodation can be booked for either one or two nights. Please note, accommodation is available Tuesday due to the early start Wednesday morning but there are no social functions or dinner on Tuesday evening. Wednesday will conclude with a delegate reception, dinner and nightcap at Kings College. Please indicate below, if you wish to attend dinner on Wednesday evening.

A VAT invoice will be issued to you upon receipt of your registration. Purchase orders should be made out to RTS Enterprises Ltd and the PO number can be entered below. If you do not have a PO number at this time you may skip this section and continue with your registration. Credit card payments can be accepted but please note we do not accept Amex cards.
