RTS Events – Keeping Safe

While we are learning to live with Covid, the Society is conscious that some guests will still understandably have concerns. The RTS would like to reassure those attending our Events, be they guests, staff or contractors, that we will be taking all necessary measures to ensure your safety and would appreciate if you would take a few moments to consider the below.

Our priority is to keep all of us, our families, and colleagues safe.  We therefore work with the venue and providers in the planning stages to ensure all possible is being done.  High-touch surfaces will be kept clean, ventilation will be considered and RTS ask that anyone who has Covid or has the symptoms of Covid does not attend.

We encourage you to continue frequent handwashing and/or hand sanitizing while with us.  Face coverings are not mandatory, but should you wish to wear one, please do.  Should you or anyone you live with feel unwell in any way, we ask you to reconsider your attendance.  In the case that symptoms develop while you are with us or after 48 hours of attending, please do get in touch, so we can ensure others are safe and informed.

As an attendee, you acknowledge that the Society asks its members, the venue and all suppliers to consider recommended guidelines and advice and do what is required to ensure your safety preventing any unnecessary spread of the virus.  By attending, you also agree to follow any guidelines set out by the Society and are willingly in attendance at our Event.

Keep safe, enjoy the event and thanks for your support.
