London is no stranger to reality TV, being home to hits like Made in Chelsea, Buying London, and The Apprentice… but in 2025, the capital is set to welcome one of the world’s most iconic reality franchises.
Since its first series back in 2006, Real Housewives has taken cities all over the world by storm. Stretching as far as Nairobi, and back to the more local Cheshire, Real Housewives is finally bringing the party to the big smoke.
Although not technically the same as the Bravo series reality fans know and love, the non-American franchises have the same format. Day-to-day drama, contrived group trips away, confessionals, and the all-important reunion show.
Drama devotees know the reunion host can make or break a series – will they shy away from arguments? Will they egg them on too much? Luckily for us, comedian Katherine Ryan has signed on to host the shows reunion.
Ryan has been around the block with reality TV herself, starring in her show At Home with Katherine Ryan, and hosting 90 Day Fiancé UK where she asked all the right questions.
Read on to meet the Real Housewives of London…
Juliet Angus
Juliet Angus’ Instagram handle being simply ‘@juliet’ should be sign enough that she’s not one for coming second place. The Chicagoan was an OG cast member of Ladies of London and is a stylist and former fashion publicist.
Anyone who watched Angus’ original reality TV run, will know her no-nonsense attitude, and powers of mediation – at times the voice of reason, and at others the pettiest of the bunch.
Nessie Welschinger
Welschinger is also the star of a British reality show, but this time Bake Off: The Professionals. As the owner of the Chelsea Cake Company, her cakes have been eaten by some of the world’s most iconic celebs – including Queen Elizabeth II, for her 90th birthday cake.
Karen Loderick-Peace
Loderick-Peace is no stranger to the Housewives-verse, having starred on the Real Housewives of Jersey, and regularly appearing on the Real Housewives of Cheshire – meaning she has appeared on every British instalment of the franchise. The OG WAG is married to the former owner of West Bromwich Albion F.C, and is planning to launch her own fashion line.
Panthea Parker
Panthea Parker is a bit more of a mystery than her cast mates, having never featured on reality TV before. Whilst she’s new to the screen, she’s no stranger to the luxurious lifestyle the Housewives are known for. A regular on the Mayfair party scene since the '90s, Parker is well-versed in living the London dream, and rumour has it she counts J.Lo as one of her friends.
Juliet Mayhew
Juliet Mayhew has done it all and more. She’s graced the West End stage in iconic roles like Roxie in Chicago and Grizabella in Cats, launched her own fashion lines, and even took home the title of Miss Galaxy Universe Newcomer in 2014. In addition, Mayhew is also a committed philanthropist, working with teams in Sierra Leone, Greece, and beyond to raise funds and support for women in need.
Amanda Cronin
If you’re already a Real Housewives fan, you’ll be thrilled to know that Cronin counts none other than Meredith Marks (The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City) and Dorinda Medley (The Real Housewives of New York City) among her inner circle.
Like a few of her fellow co-stars, Cronin isn’t new to television. She previously appeared in Channel 4’s 2022 documentary The Millionairess and Me, which explored “The Great British Wealth Divide” and followed her as she attempted to connect with someone from a very different social background.
Real Housewives of London doesn’t have a release date set but is expected to air in 2025. The programme will be the first original series for Hayu, and is produced by Universal Television Alternative Studio UK Productions, who created Made in Chelsea.
