Cast your mind back to 2015 - the era of Snapchat filters, selfie sticks, and Kylie Jenner’s lips. ITV was about to release the blueprint for modern reality dating shows: Love Island. A show that would go on to dominate pop culture, introduce a whole new set of slang, and a wave of personalised water bottles. It would split offices into two camps - those who watched Love Island, and those who didn’t. And, against all odds, it would even produce around eight or nine lasting love stories (as of May 2025).

To celebrate this huge milestone, ITV is bringing together a few of these success stories – such as series one winners Cara De La Hoyde-Massey and Nathan Massey – to look back at their time in the villa and celebrate a decade of love.

Other Islanders returning include couples Millie Court and Liam Reardon (series seven winners), the recently engaged Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan (series nine winners), and Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope (series eight finalists).

Some iconic islanders returning on their lonesome include Dani Dyer (series four), Gabby Allen (series three), Curtis Pritchard (series five), Georgia Steel (series four), Anton Danyluk (series five), Montana Brown (series three), Hannah Elizabeth (series one) and series 10’s Whitney Adebayo and Catherine Agbaje.

No doubt these stars will be presented with both their best and worst moments: Hannah Elizabeth with her broadcasted failed engagement, Georgia Steel with saying, “I’m loyal, babe”, and Curtis Pritchard with his salsa dance that has been burned into the public’s retinas since 2019.
