All three main Westminster Parties say they want a more inclusive and diverse workforce but how do they propose to achieve it?

If you want more diversity in television who should you vote for on the next General Election on Thursday 7 May 2015?

Overall women make up only 36% of the creative industries workforce, BAME (Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic) make up only 5.4% - despite being 12.5% of the population. And only 1% of the creative workforce is disabled.

In the first ever political hustings on TV diversity the MP's responsible for television from - the Conservatives, Labour and Liberal Democrats - will put their case forward as to how they would tackle diversity if they are elected in May.
